QCDMS is the operating name of 8598436 Canada Inc., trading as QCDMS Consultants. It is a federally incorporated Canadian company with a permanent physical presence in Oakville, Ontario,maintained throughout any training term. The firm was formed to improve staff's ability to further improve key performance indicators — Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Safety (QCDMS) — of organizations across Ontario and Canada through training, coaching, group facilitation and hands-on tactile learning.
QCDMS is an eligible third-party training provider: a career college and vocational program provider exempt from registration under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005. The firm is independent and arm's length, with no ownership, control or affiliation ties to any applicant employer.
Incorporated in 2013, QCDMS has delivered this training as its principal business since June 2017 — nine years, against a two-year minimum. The lead instructor's Ontario training experience extends to 2013, through the City of Mississauga's corporate Lean deployment (2013–2017).
Charanjit Singh (CJ) Bawa brings over 30 years of industry and teaching experience across manufacturing (Honda and Daewoo), public service (City of Misissauga — Project Manager, Lean Deployment), transit (Mississauga Transit, TTC, GO Transit/Metrolinx), nuclear (OPG, Bruce Power via NPX), healthcare, food processing and environmental services. He has trained and coached over 2,500 professionals, supported 500+ improvement teams, and delivered 300+ training programs across 120+ organizations.
He has more than 48 months of experience within the last ten years teaching Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement programs to prepare participants for practice in the field, satisfying the instructor requirement for third-party providers.

He holds current standing as an Authorized Partner & Trainer with ASQ for Lean and Six Sigma courses. He formerly held Authorized Partner & Trainer standing with PMI for PMP and CAPM preparation (renewal in progress) and with Wiley for Everything DiSC.
