| WHAT | Introduction to Agile Project Management — 8 instructional hours over 1 day. Capability level: Working. |
| WHY | You will understand the difference between waterfall and agile delivery, know the four values and twelve principles of agile, and be able to choose and lead the approach that fits the project in front of you. |
| WHO | Project managers, engineers, technologists, team leads, product owners and anyone working on projects where requirements are not fully known at the start. |
| WHERE | Delivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises. |
| WHEN | 1 full day. Commonly delivered as a single session so the waterfall and agile comparison holds together. |
| HOW | Instructor-led, small cohorts. Concepts are compared side by side against waterfall, with a participant exercise applying Scrum roles, ceremonies and artifacts to a live scenario. |
| HOW MUCH | 8 instructional hours. Scope of work after the session: contribute to or lead an agile team, and select the right delivery approach for your own projects. |
