| WHAT | Introduction to Project Management — 4 instructional hours over half a day. Capability level: Aware. |

| WHY | You will understand how projects are structured, planned and controlled, know the difference between waterfall and agile delivery, and be able to decide which certification pathway fits your career. |
| WHO | Engineers, technologists, technicians, analysts, supervisors and anyone who works on project teams without formal project management training. |
| WHERE | Delivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises. |
| WHEN | Half a day. Commonly delivered as a morning session so participants lose only part of a working day. |
| HOW | Instructor-led, small cohorts. Core documents and tools are walked through on screen, with case studies drawn from nuclear, construction, healthcare, public service and manufacturing. |
| HOW MUCH | 4 instructional hours. Scope of work after the session: contribute confidently to a project team and use the core planning documents. |
