WHATIntroduction to Project Management — 4 instructional hours over half a day. Capability level: Aware.
WHYYou will understand how projects are structured, planned and controlled, know the difference between waterfall and agile delivery, and be able to decide which certification pathway fits your career.
WHOEngineers, technologists, technicians, analysts, supervisors and anyone who works on project teams without formal project management training.
WHEREDelivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises.
WHENHalf a day. Commonly delivered as a morning session so participants lose only part of a working day.
HOWInstructor-led, small cohorts. Core documents and tools are walked through on screen, with case studies drawn from nuclear, construction, healthcare, public service and manufacturing.
HOW MUCH4 instructional hours. Scope of work after the session: contribute confidently to a project team and use the core planning documents.
