Daily Management and Engaging Your Staff

It Starts with Purpose, Visions, Mission and Values.

1. You listen to Voice of Customer, Business and to your key services or processes. After listening you convert them into Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Safety Metrics or Key performance measures or key performance indicators (KPIs) and set 3-5 year and yearly targets,

2. You convert these KPIs into a simple dashboard (preferably 1 page).

3. Then you create a Huddle Board that includes a Dashboard and other important items to run your business,

4. Create Huddle Meeting structure to monitor your dashboard periodically (whether daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly),

5. After that you take daily process walks to ensure that front line work is aligned with the Dashboards, you find inefficiencies every hour, every day and remove it with the help of your teams,

6. Finally you create and follow a “Leader Std Work” that connects all the 5 items with the Purpose of the organization.
