| WHAT | Strategic Alignment (Hoshin Kanri) — 3.5 instructional hours over half a day. Capability level: Competent. |
| WHY | You will be able to translate purpose, vision and objectives into KPIs, visual boards, daily huddles and leader standard work, so strategy is executed on the floor rather than filed at the top. |
| WHO | Leaders, managers, supervisors, engineers, analysts and anyone accountable for delivering objectives through a team. |
| WHERE | Delivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises. |
| WHEN | Half a day. Commonly delivered as a morning session so participants lose only part of a working day. |
| HOW | Instructor-led, small cohorts. Participants are encouraged to bring their own organization's purpose, structure, objectives and KPIs and build a live alignment map during the session. |
