QCDMS TRAINING PROGRAMS

Other courses

Project management, problem solving, design, strategy and applied AI — the QCDMS programs that sit alongside the Lean and Six Sigma belt streams.

Oakville, Ontario · Delivered across Ontario, online and in person

About these programs

Some of these programs lead to an internationally recognized credential awarded by PMI®. Others are short, focused programs that build a single capability — root cause analysis, design for manufacture, strategic alignment, applied AI — in half a day or a day.

Every program is instructor-led and delivered in small cohorts. Every concept is followed by a structured exercise. Worked examples and case studies are drawn from process types participants recognize, and participants are encouraged to bring a live problem from their own workplace.

Who chooses these programs
Engineering, technical, project and operations teams across nuclear, manufacturing, construction, biopharmaceutical, transit, environmental services, municipal government and professional services. Individual professionals building a credential also attend the open enrolment offerings.
Delivery
Live online or in person, at an open / public venue or on site at the employer’s premises. In-person only where the program depends on physical materials or site access. Programs are structured to support employer-funded and government-funded skills development.
Authorized training
QCDMS is an Authorized Training Partner of ASQ (USA) and an Authorized Training Facilitator for PMI (USA). PMP® and CAPM® preparation courses are delivered using trainer and participant material approved and provided by PMI®, and the contact hours certified are accepted directly on the PMI® application.
