| WHAT | Complex Root Cause Analysis — 3.5 instructional hours over half a day. Capability level: Competent. |
| WHY | You will be able to move past quick fixes and opinions, run a structured root cause analysis end to end, and stop a recurring problem from coming back. |
| WHO | Engineers, technologists, quality and maintenance staff, supervisors, team leads and anyone who owns a problem that keeps returning. |
| WHERE | Delivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises. |
| WHEN | Half a day. Commonly delivered as a morning session so participants lose only part of a working day. |
| HOW | Instructor-led, small cohorts. A 14-step framework is taught in sequence, with guided exercises and realistic manufacturing case studies applied at every step. |
| HOW MUCH | 3.5 instructional hours. Scope of work after the session: lead a root cause investigation on your own process or work area. |
