| WHAT | Kanban and Pull Systems — 8 instructional hours over 1 day, including a manufacturing simulation game. Capability level: Working. |
| WHY | You will be able to set up and manage a Kanban system in your own area — making work visible, limiting work in progress, and pulling work through instead of pushing it. |
| WHO | Operations, production, planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics and supply chain staff, plus software and service teams managing a flow of work. |
| WHERE | Delivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises. |
| WHEN | 1 full day. The simulation game and the system design exercise run in sequence, so the day is not divisible. |
| HOW | Instructor-led, small cohorts. A car manufacturing simulation game is run, followed by hands-on board and card setup, with case studies from manufacturing, healthcare, construction and cannabis. |
| HOW MUCH | 8 instructional hours. Scope of work after the session: design and run a Kanban system for your own process, team or supply loop. |
| Attendance | 100%. The simulation cannot be joined part way. |
