GROUP FACILITATION
BUILDING CONSENSUS AND LEADING PRODUCTIVE SESSIONS

| WHAT | Group Facilitation — 8 instructional hours over 1 day. Capability level: Working. |
| WHY | You will be able to plan and run a facilitated session end to end — turning conflict into productive energy, generating options, and reaching a consensus the group will actually act on. |
| WHO | Open to professionals in all sectors. Particularly useful for leaders, project managers, improvement practitioners, HR and anyone who runs meetings, workshops or planning sessions. |
| WHERE | Delivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises. |
| WHEN | 1 full day. Delivered as a single session so participants practise the full arc of an event in sequence. |
| HOW | Instructor-led, small cohorts. A common organizational problem is used as a running case study, and each facilitation technique is taught then practised against it. ORID focused conversation is used throughout. |
| HOW MUCH | 8 instructional hours. Scope of work after the session: design and facilitate a session for your own team, project or department. |
