WHATCAPM® Exam Preparation — 23 instructional hours over 3 days. Trainer and participant material approved and provided by PMI®, USA. Capability level: Foundation.
WHYYou will meet the 23 contact hour education requirement for the CAPM® application, and hold a solid working foundation in project management fundamentals.
WHOAspiring project managers, students and recent graduates, entry level project managers and project team members. No project management experience required.
WHEREDelivered live online, or in person in Ontario — at an open / public venue, or on site at the employer's premises.
WHEN3 days. Typically scheduled across weekends so participants remain at work during the week.
HOWInstructor-led by a PMI® Authorized Training Facilitator, using PMI® course material. Structured modules aligned to PMI's Exam Content Outline, with guided exercises and sample questions.
HOW MUCH23 instructional hours. 23 PDUs awarded. Scope of work after certification: contribute to and coordinate projects as a team member or junior project manager.
