Choosing your course

If you work on projects but have never been trained, start with the half-day introduction. If your projects have unclear requirements, the agile course is the practical one. If you want a PMI® credential, CAPM® is the entry point and PMP® is for experienced project managers who already meet PMI’s eligibility criteria.

Introduction to Project Management

4 HOURS · HALF A DAY · NO PREREQUISITE

How projects are structured, planned and controlled, why projects fail, and a walkthrough of the core documents — charter, plan, work breakdown structure, GANTT chart, communication plan and risk register. Ends with a clear view of which credential fits your career.

PRACTICAL SKILLS

Introduction to Agile Project Management

8 HOURS · 1 DAY · NO PREREQUISITE
