We just finished up over 6 months of Lean Training with CJ. It was quite the journey. During my role as VP of Certification with the PMI-CTT Chapter I got to meet CJ. As part of my job to evaluate a trainer and his course, I attended CJ's Lean White Belt training. I first started working with CJ through the PMI Lakeshore Chapter's Lean Yellow Belt Certification course. It was immediate that you could tell CJ had the experience and could walk the talk when it comes to Lean and Six Sigma. We have continued to engage CJ, and are in the process of having our entire IT team become proficient Green and Yellow Belts.
