Lean White Belt Training

Details of Training:

  • Introduction to Lean Six Sigma and History of Lean;
  • Three P’s of Lean Six Sigma – Purpose, People and Process and Culture;
  • Lean Six Sigma Game (4 different games, 1 for each sector, Public Service, Service, Healthcare & Manufacturing) – Through these games, learn the basics of Lean;
  • Basics of Lean, Principles, Philosophies and Tools;
  • Embedding Culture of Lean model;
  • Case Studies from all the sectors.

Trainees Will Be Able to:

  • Find waste in their processes;
  • Understand Lean basics;
  • Make daily process improvements &
  • Be able to support large process improvement or “Kaizen” events.

Pre-work – No pre-work required.

Breakfast, Lunch, Parking and Training Material cost is included in the price.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bring 1 Problem and 1 Process to the training;
  • Learn and apply Lean Six Sigma in your own settings;
  • Complete 8 hours of pre-work;
  • Open book exam.

About Your Coach

Charanjit (CJ) is a passionate, results-driven professional, an enthusiastic public speaker, coach and mentor. He has 30 years of experience in transforming numerous organizations, training and coaching over 2500 individuals (on Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow, Green Belt & Lean Tools).

He supported more than 500 project teams and embedded LEAN Six Sigma in organizations varying from 100 to 7000 employees by acting as a motivator, a trainer, a coach, a mentor and a facilitator. He has coached individuals from all the sectors including healthcare, service, public service, manufacturing and construction.

He gained Lean Six Sigma knowledge while working for HONDA and since then coached or led more than 60 Lean Six Sigma project teams. CJ also led many Quality Circle teams and won best quality award from Honda, Japan.

He is a certified ADKAR Change management professional from Prosci, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ and a Project management professional from PMI. He believes that “people are limitless” if engaged in a positive manner and can do wonders.
